We are so excited to welcome you to the farm for our 2025 for private and small groups (less than 8 registrants)! Yoga is an hour of mindful fun movement! Each class is your opportunity to BE THE GOAT! We are expecting our babies in May 2025 and will post private sessions beginning in June. Please check back for more information and to see the sweet new arrivals on the farm.

Please note that our classes and events are outdoors and thus are weather dependent. As long as it is not pouring, we will play! (If it rains, please feel free to attend a future class or attend your Hoppy Hour in our beautiful barn this season). I will be sure to post on Social Media (Instagram) at least 3 hours before if we are cancelling a class.

Yoga classes are designed for anyone who is comfortable staying on their mat for the full hour. The goats join us after a short opening mediation/reading for the hour, but we let them adventure where they want, so if you don't get enough snuggles, stay after for more goat time in the pasture.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class start time to get settled in the yoga paddock. Parking is in the lower driveway and the yoga paddock is located up by the barn. We have mats available or you may bring your own mat. Farm grown Herbal infused water will be available but please bring your own water bottle. Note: We also have chairs if you prefer to practice seated. We have farm dogs, so please leave your dogs at home. Children 8 and under are free to attend with a parent or grandparent, just email us to indicate you’re bringing a young child so we can accomodate (they must be registered and included in the group of less than 8 registrants).

Keep in Mind - This is YOUR practice. If you decide to skip out on any or all of the movement and sit in the sun and stare at the sky or just breathe you can do exactly that. Our goal is for you to feel better leaving the yoga field than when you arrive. :)

After yoga the farm is open for an additional hour to hang with the goats, take some goat selfies and let your practice settle. Our herbal farm is open for you to explore. Press the pause button on life’s busy routine, BE THE GOAT and...leave feeling happy and grounded hopefully with a little hop in your energy.
